So that my clients understand the terms on which I and Trace Your Ancestry carry out research work they are set out below and on the page Some Frequently Asked Questions.
In the event of your instructing me I will ask you to confirm in writing that you have read this page and Some Frequently Asked Questions and by instructing me you will be agreeing to be bound by the terms set out in them and on this page. Before you instruct me please read them carefully. Unless varied in writing by each of us these terms will form the basis of the agreement between us.
In particular please note that I am not responsible for any financial losses incurred arising from any use of a report by you or any third party. My reports provided as part of the services set out in these pages are not for use as part of a legal claim brought either by or against you.
